Regina P. Etherton has a diverse and extensive personal injury litigation practice. She has prosecuted a broad variety of multi-million dollar complex tort, personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death claims. She has obtained record verdicts and settlements in Cook County and other counties throughout Illinois. Her noteworthy verdicts and settlements have been featured in the Cook County Jury Verdict Reporter; Illinois Jury Verdict Reporter; Verdicts, Settlements, & Tactics; Illinois Trial Lawyers Association Magazine, Mealey's Insurance Law Weekly; and the Justinian Society Magazine. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:  Regina's recent experience includes obtaining the highest shoulder injury verdict ($1,917,119.67) and the highest dental malpractice verdict in the history of the State of Illinois and the second highest dental malpractice verdict in the history of the United States ($2,700,000). She was the first lawyer to obtain a million dollar verdict in DuPage County and the first lawyer to obtain a $3,200,000 settlement in a wrongful death case in Peoria County. In Lake County, she recently obtained the highest settlement ($700,000) for a fractured ankle injury that had been experienced by a plaintiff who was a nonworking homemaker. Regina's broad experience enables her to successfully represent traumatically injured individuals in any county within the State.
